Tail Luggage Rack for Tiger 900
This rack fits my 2020 Triumph Tiger 900 GT perfectly and will probably fit your Tiger 900, but check your bolt spacing. On this rack, the distance between front bolts is 17 cm, distance between back bolts is 12.5 cm. Distance between front and back bolts (on centerline) is 11 cm. Overall dimensions are shown in first image in Centimeters with the total thickness being 1 cm.
This is printed in black PLA (Polylactic Acid, usually derived from corn starch) which is (theoretically) biodegradable, meaning it may not last forever in all weather conditions. Research indicates that with acrylic primer (for plastics) and cover paint, it may last indefinitely, but I don't know personally if that is true. I mounted one on my bike without any paint so will update this when I have any data.
This is a work in progress! The design may keep evolving and you will note a small change from the one on my bike to the render with dimensions. I added a bridge in the front attachment point for a little more stability though the one on my bike seems to be fine the way it is with a full-span attachment.
You will need 4 ea. 35mm long 8m flange bolts to mount, your OEM bolts are not long enough and bolts are not included in your order. Also, the Ogio tail bag is not included!
I'm offering this for the time being at $30 + shipping. Once the design has aged and proven for long-term use, I'll likely double that price. Since I'm giving the attachment hole dimensions here I won't refund if it doesn't fit. But I will gladly refund if it breaks or malfunctions in any way.
