This PWA (Progressive Web App) file is a useful tool for bench jewelers, pawnshops and others who work with gold alloys frequently. It has two main functions.
When opened, it gets the current gold price from the internet and displays on the opening screen with the price per oz and price per gram.
It is an alloy converter! Just enter your amount of alloy in grams and what you'd like to convert it to and two sets of information appear; the amount of pure gold or master alloy to add, and the cost of the addition!
It is a scrap consolidator! The scrap mixer screen allows multiple entry of quantities and alloy type. The data output tells you the average Kt. and collateral value of the entire amount.
